Cherry-Chocolate Smoothie
For all those whom enjoy the combination of fruits & chocolate


  • 6 cubes of PANDA’s classic chocolate 
  • an overnight refrigerated and filtered full-fat coconut cream (i used 21%, 250ml after filtering was remained about 188 grams of the solid white part)  or 1 scoop of non-dairy vanilla ice-cream
  • 30 grams of frozen pitted cherries
  • 30 grams of ice cubes
  • 70 grams of cold plant-based milk of your choice
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling into cup, dairy-free whipped cream to top


  1. If you use coconut cream: melt the chocolate with the coconut cream in the microwave, mix, let it sit in the fridge till cold.
    If you use ice cream: melt the chocolate with 10 grams of the non-dairy milk and let it cool down.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into a blender-shake and blend till smooth.
    If you chose the ice cream version- remember to only use the 60 grams  remaining of the non-dairy milk.
  3. Taste and customize flavores if necessary.
  4. Pour it into a cold-drinking cup.
