Is there anything more refreshing on a hot summer day, than a cold, sweet, saturation drink?

Easy to make, Sweet satisfying treat


  • 4 cubes of PANDA’s dark chocolate filled with coffee cream
  • Espresso shot / one and a half teaspoon of instant coffee, melted within two tablespoons of hot water
  • sugar-syrup as a sweetener (if you want. you can buy, or make it yourself by mixing together sugar with same amount of hot water 1:1)
  • Ice –  quarter a cup will do
  • Cold water- ¼ cup
  • Cold plant based milk of your choice – ¼ cup
  • Optional: a bit of milk foam and scrape chocolate for decoration and extra pamper


  1. Place the cubes inside your cup and pour over the hot espresso. 
  2. Add the cold water and the ice cubes. 
  3. Gently pour the non-dairy milk.
  4. You can add sweetener or the optional addition.
